Shipping Policy

We always facilitate and process accurate medicines as per order as per prescription. Still, we strongly recommend you to go thoroughly with the items before its consumption.

Crucial Instructions

  • Before you order ensure you’ve a Valid Prescription from a Doctor or Registered Medical Practitioner.
  • Kindly supply the original prescription given by the doctor/hospital. Photocopy or self handwritten notes will not be accepted.
  • We won’t process the order/orders without a valid prescription with no exceptions at all.
  • You can opt for Cash On Delivery or Pay via VISA/MASTERCARD/RuPay/UPI

Shipping & Handling Charges

Return Policy


Any return with iMed Store means that you want to return/exchange or send back items purchased on iMed Store. Following incident may invite the return process.

  • Product/Items delivered don’t match as per prescription;
  • Product/Items delivered past or within 3 months to its expiration date;
  • Product/Items delivered somehow got damaged during transit or seal broken due to logistics attempt

Important: At any point of time during delivery, you notice that you’ve received a damaged item; feel free to deny or reject the delivery. In case you accept the delivery but come to know that things are damaged, you’re still entitled to return the Product/Items. We hope that you understand that we can’t promise or guarantee a replacement for all items. The real-time inventory may affect a replacement action & we may offer you a full refund with no questions asked.

If the order is incorrect, we're glad to advise and address the problems in the above-named unlikely circumstances. Within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order, you can request a refund. iMed Store retains the opportunity to withdraw the refund if the recipient exceeds seven days of arrival.

iMed Store shall check the request's validity and existence upon receipt of your Return/Refund request. When iMed Store learns that the appeal is legitimate, the return & refund process initiates. iMed Store shall receive reimbursement only after assurance of the quality of the substance relevant to that repayment has obtained from the vendor concerned.

Suppose the nature and substance of goods are frivolous and unwarranted. In that case, iMed Store reserves the right, and you shall be liable exclusively for all costs incurred by iMed Store in this respect, to take appropriate legal action against you.

The returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Any incorrect commodity ordering is not available for return;
  • As stated in the invoice, the product's batch number should match;
  • Returns resulting from drug modifications do not count for return;
  • The returned goods could only be shipped with initial price tags, stickers, bar codes, and invoices from the original manufacturer.
  • Partially consumed strips, item or product will not qualify for return.

Non-returnable product category: Some product types labeled as non-returnable are not available for the iMed Store return policy on the product listing. The specifics of items not returned are given below.

Babe Care Products: Bottle Nipples, Breast Nipple Care, Breast Pumps, Diapers, Ear Syringes, Nappy, Wet Reminder, Wipes, and Wipe Warmers.

Food & Nutrition: Food Supplements, Health Drinks

Sexual Wellness: Condoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits

Personal Hygiene: Sanitary Pads, Panty Liners, Menstrual Cups, Vaginal Care, Tampons

Medical Devices & Sophisticated Drugs: Vials, Injections, Vaccines, and any other Product, requiring cold storage, or medicines that fall under the category of speciality medicines.

Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, call 1800 212 5532 or reach out to us through email.
  • iMed Store support ambassadors will verify the claims made by you within 72 business hours.
  • Upon successful validation, the iMed Store will initiate the collection of the items you wish to return.
  • We may ask you to pack the products in the same original packages.
  • We’ll process the refund within 10-15 business days the moment we collect the item successfully.

Medical Examination

In case of medical complication, you’ve the right to raise a refund request in the following scenario;

  • If you or patient suffers from Haematoma or confirms any symptoms related injury.
  • If iMed Store or any third-party Diagnostic entity provides reasonable clarification depending on the patient’s report.
  • If the reporting period for patients has been violated by 72 hours, there is no sufficient reason.

Refund Policy

When will I get my refund?

Please notice that the amount of refund shown at the site return is approximated and finalized after the verification has been completed. After the collections have been made and the vendor checks the item, a reimbursement for valid returns shall be initiated, as described above, of the gross amount charged for goods returned by you.

Only after successful inventory verification by the vendor, we initiate the refund. Please note that checks will take place:

For Nearby Cities: 48 hours from your place of pick-up.

For Other cities, 8-10 working days from your location date of pick up.

After the seller's check, the total refund shall represent the following time limits:

Net Banking/NEFT/IMPS: 1-3 Business Days

Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 Business Days Subject to RBI Refund Guidelines & Bank’s Turn Around Time

UPI/Wallets: 2-3 Business Days

You acknowledge and accept we reserve the right to withdraw refunds for fraudulent actions such as returns of faulty products/items or incorrect quantities.
